Our process
How every device is tested
Before any device gets a grade, it goes through a structured inspection by our in-house team. Nothing is listed until it passes.
Every surface is examined under controlled lighting for scratches, dents and screen damage.
All buttons, ports, cameras, speakers and sensors are individually tested and verified, and the device is fully data-wiped and reset.
Battery health is measured and recorded as part of every inspection.
Based on the results, the device is listed as Excellent or Very Good — honestly and consistently.
