By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have consent to allow minors under your supervision to use the Services on devices you manage.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, product appearance may vary due to device settings or screen configurations.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match how it is displayed online. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by SecondFirst.

An order is not accepted until payment has been received and the order is confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for any reason.

If an order is canceled or modified, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Consumer orders are intended for personal use. Business and trade customers can apply for a business account via our B2B application page.

Prices are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

Prices for consumers include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order. For deliveries outside the EU, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes; these are not included in the price and are not paid by us.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge the selected payment method for your order.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

SecondFirst is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

For consumer orders, risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to someone you name. For business orders, risk passes once the order is handed over to the carrier.

All original content we create for the Services — including our own text, graphics, the SecondFirst name and logo, product descriptions and design elements — is owned by SecondFirst or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks — including Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch and AirPods — are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive (referential) purposes only. SecondFirst is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Apple Inc. Shopify and its trademarks remain the property of Shopify Inc.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.

The Services may include access to third-party tools or integrations. These are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

SecondFirst is not responsible for third-party tools, their functionality, or their terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

SecondFirst uses Shopify to power its online store. All transactions are made directly between you and SecondFirst.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and SecondFirst, and you expressly release Shopify from any related claims.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed. Shopify may also process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policies.

Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews you submit may be used by SecondFirst without restriction or compensation. You confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, pricing, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, nor interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Services at any time. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain in effect.

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondFirst shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold SecondFirst and Shopify harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SecondFirst regarding use of the Services.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
