What's covered
Any fault with internal components — battery, screen, logic board — that arises under normal use.
Battery condition is checked during inspection. Warranty applies to abnormal battery faults, not normal wear from daily use.
All ports, buttons, speakers, cameras and sensors are covered for the full 12-month period.

We'll provide return instructions and, where covered by warranty, a prepaid return label.
We repair or replace the device and return it to you — typically within 5 working days.
Exclusions
What's not covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery, including cracked screens or dents
- Water or liquid damage not present at time of sale
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the graded condition
- Loss or theft of the device
