Frequently asked questions
We use two clear condition levels: Excellent and Very Good. Excellent is almost like new with minimal to no visible signs of use. Very Good can show light cosmetic wear, but is fully tested, reliable and covered by the same 12-month warranty.
Yes. Every device goes through a full inspection before listing — visual check, functional testing of all buttons, ports, cameras and sensors, and a battery health measurement. Nothing reaches the store without passing our process.
Yes — every device comes with a 12-month warranty as standard, included in the price. This covers hardware defects, battery issues and functionality. You can find the full details on our warranty page.
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details by email.
