The essentials
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return — no questions asked.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
EU statutory withdrawal right: As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This return policy is in accordance with that legal right.

Email us to start your return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send clear return instructions. If the issue is covered by warranty, we provide a prepaid return label.
Pack the device in its original packaging and ship it using the label we provide.
Once received and inspected, your refund is issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
