The essentials
You have 14 days from the day you receive the last item of your order to cancel — no reason needed, and no approval required first.
You're welcome to unpack and inspect your device as you would in a shop. Original packaging isn't required — though handling beyond what's needed to check it may reduce the refund.
We refund everything you paid, including the standard (cheapest) delivery cost of your order, to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
EU statutory withdrawal right: As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving a reason. This return policy is in accordance with that legal right.

You get an email confirming your withdrawal, with clear return instructions. For warranty issues we include a prepaid label.

We refund the full amount, including the standard (cheapest) delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal — we may wait until the device is back or you've shown proof of return.
Good to know
A few things worth knowing
- You can open and test your device — just avoid use beyond checking it, which may reduce the refund.
- Your 12-month warranty is separate from this 14-day right to change your mind.
- Sale and discounted items have the same 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Almost everything can be returned. The only exceptions are gift cards and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Withdraw from your purchase
Open your order and pick what you want to send back or cancel. You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code — no password. You'll get an email confirming it, with the exact date and time.
