When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it quickly.
