Common questions
Order before 16:00 on a business day and your device is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, or during the weekend, are dispatched the next business day. During busy periods this can take slightly longer. Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email.
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it quickly.
Yes — we deliver to twelve countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value, and orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are delivered the next business day — for Greece, Portugal and Finland, allow one extra business day.
