When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods this can take slightly longer. Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by email.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If it hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 working days, get in touch. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and resolve it quickly.
