Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the last item of your order to withdraw from your purchase — no reason needed, and no approval from us required.
How to withdraw
Just tell us within those 14 days. Email return@secondfirst.tech with your order number, or submit the return directly in your order. A clear statement is enough — you can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. We'll confirm by email with the date and time, and send you return instructions.
Condition and packaging
You're welcome to unpack and inspect your device as you would in a shop. Original packaging is not required — just pack it safely so it arrives undamaged. If you handle the device more than is needed to check its nature and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind withdrawal you cover the cost of sending the device back. If the item is faulty, damaged, wrongly sent, or the issue is covered by warranty, we pay — we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard (cheapest) delivery cost of your original order, to your original payment method. You'll get it within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until the device is back with us or you've shown proof that you sent it — whichever comes first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right. This is separate from — and on top of — your 14-day withdrawal right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Almost everything we sell can be returned. The only exceptions are:
- Gift cards
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
Sale and discounted items have exactly the same 14-day right of withdrawal as everything else.
EU / UK statutory withdrawal right
As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason and without needing our approval. Nothing in this policy limits that right.
