Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (your order number).
Always contact us before sending anything back. Email return@secondfirst.tech with your order number and the reason for the return. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you clear return instructions. If the issue is covered by warranty, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Pack the device in its original packaging and ship it using the instructions we provide.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Devices with damage caused after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items returned without prior contact and approval
EU / UK statutory withdrawal right
As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This policy is in accordance with that legal right.
